Purpose:

Burnout can take a toll on your mental, emotional, and physical health, especially if you are working in a high-stress environment. This assessment is designed to give you a full picture of how close you are to burnout by evaluating various aspects of your well-being—from work habits and emotional health to physical symptoms and lifestyle factors. The goal is to provide you with insights into potential burnout risks and practical steps to help you regain balance, energy, and resilience.

Instructions:

This assessment includes 40 questions across five key areas: Work Habits, Emotional and Mental Well-being, Social Support, Physical Symptoms, and Cognitive and Behavioral Impact. Follow these steps to get the most accurate results:

1. Be Honest: For the most accurate insights, respond to each question based on your real-life experiences and true feelings. This test is a personal development tool, and its effectiveness lies in your honesty.

2. Take Your Time: Reflect on each question and select the response that best represents your typical behaviors and feelings. Each question contributes to a fuller picture of your burnout risk and overall resilience, so consider each carefully.

3. Scoring: Each question should be answered on a scale from 1 to 5:

  • 1 – Rarely/Never: This almost never reflects my experience.
  • 2 – Occasionally: This is sometimes true for me, but not often.
  • 3 – Sometimes: This occurs with some regularity.
  • 4 – Often: This is a frequent occurrence in my life.
  • 5 – Always: This is a constant and reliable description of my behavior or feelings.

4. No Right or Wrong Answers: There are no right or wrong answers—only valuable insights into your well-being. Each response will help illustrate your current burnout risk level and provide you with an understanding of the next steps you can take.
